Daniel obtained his real estate license in 2020 and previous to that, he worked in a student housing apartment (830+ rooms) at the University of Minnesota for 9 months as a leasing agent. From this experience, Daniel had numerous showings for many different types of units and also worked with prospects and their sponsors (co-signers) to close contracts.
Daniel’s past experiences have shaped him to continuously understand people’s ever-changing lifestyles and provide creative solutions to resolve issues especially pertaining to moving. Since residing in Minnesota, Daniel has moved 17 times within the past 6 years. He understands the process and struggles that come along with selling your home and moving to different places which can be very exciting, yet stressful at the same time. Daniel would be honored to help you navigate the process of buying or selling your home as well as help ease some of the stress that comes along with this important decision.

Daniel is originally from South Korea and speaks fluent Korean, but he grew up in the Midwest. He is passionate about serving his country, businesses, and people within the community. Daniel enjoys improving inefficient processes with technology and helping people make educated decisions regarding their financials. Daniel graduated from the University of Minnesota with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. He has also worked in many different industries including hospitality, education, food services, military, IT, financials, retail, transportation (Uber), and real estate.
Along with this extensive professional background, Daniel has traveled to many different parts of the world and has had the pleasure of building relationships with people from all walks of life.
When Daniel isn’t selling real estate, he is serving the country as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Army and working as an IT consultant for a healthcare company. In his free time, Daniel enjoys learning about investing, working out, playing sports (badminton & soccer), and traveling to new places.
