Gennie Kappel- Real Estate Geek
Gennie Kappel first began thinking about real estate about 10 years ago, but with 2 young kids, she didn’t feel like it was the right time. Then, 2 years ago, she started asking questions and setting the whole thing in motion. In the summer of 2018, Gennie completed the classes needed and the following summer, became a licensed relator.
Gennie LOVES going online to see available listings and looking at design ideas. Nothing makes her happier than working with first-time home buyers to find that first house. She loves the excitement and pride it brings to those families when they purchase their first home! It also brings memories of her buying her first house when she was just 23 years old. She enjoyed going out and seeing the different houses so much that it is no surprise that she ended up with a career in real estate.
“Family is one of the most important parts of my life, followed by my close friends.”
Gennie lives by the motto, “It is what it is…” something her dad always said. It reminds her that she can’t always change things, but that she can be flexible in how she deals with situations.
