Personal Background
Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Caarin and her husband, Joe, now make their home in Lakeville with their two beautiful daughters, Autumn and Afton. Most days their lives resemble one of their favorite HGTV shows. Filled with buying, selling, renovations, meeting with contractors and staging homes, Caarin and Joe often feel like they’re living on the set of “Fixer Upper” or “House Hunters.” Although, they wouldn’t have it any other way. When she’s not “geeking out” about real estate, Caarin is passionately supporting the Local Supporting Local movement, pinning anything “up north” on her Pinterest boards or taking the kayak out for a spin. Joe stays busy on the mortgage side of things, plays Mr. Fix-It on the Pannkuk family renovation projects and volunteers as a Lakeville firefighter. They love spending time at the family cabin and helping others realize their real estate dreams.
