And giving insight through times of divorce, estate planning and even planning to add Generational space to help your elderly parents have a home inside yours, for their health and safety. Personal Background

Though she was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Lindsay now makes her home on Union Lake, just outside of Northfield with her two young children. When she manages a bit of free time, you can usually find her floating in the lake, tackling a random home improvement project or her next creative endeavor.

Jenny Barthel, The Property Geeks Collective

Jenny is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Minnesota and has been in the industry for over 4 years. Graduating from Dunwoody College of Technology in 2018, she proceeded to work in a fast-paced environment in which she picked up an array of skills in sales, customer service, marketing, photography, graphic design and much more.

Leveraging her experience as a marketing and customer service professional, Jenny is known for her outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high-end marketing and design techniques, and personal touches with her clients’ best interests at heart.

Every real estate transaction plays out a little differently in its own way. Being licensed since 2020, Jenny feels like she has seen it all when it comes to real estate and is confident that she can get both parties to the closing table. Jenny’s primary goal is to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also educate them throughout every step of the process. Armed with prime information and market insight, she ensures that her clients make the best decisions possible.

Personal Background

Jenny was born and raised in Waconia, Minnesota and always had an interest in real estate, but was always too afraid to take the leap. Until 2020… After college, Jenny found herself working in digital marketing, graphic design and sales for almost 4 years. She now lives in Hanover, Minnesota with her husband (Alex), daughter (Hallie), and springer spaniel (Paisley… named after Brad Paisley).

When Jenny isn’t geeking out about real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, taking a ‘rip’ on the side-by-side with her husband, and traveling. Two of her favorite travel destinations are Aruba and Costa Rica.
